Duitbooks is a cloud-based accounting platform designed for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Malaysia to record and manage their accounting data.

4. User Accounts

Users must create an account and maintain credential confidentiality. Account holders bear responsibility for all associated activity and must provide truthful registration information.

5. Acceptable Use

The platform prohibits illegal activities, unauthorized access attempts, service disruption, and uploading of malicious or harmful material.

6. Data and Content

Users retain ownership of input data. The provider may process information solely to deliver services. Users must backup their own data; the company disclaims liability for data loss.

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance may cause temporary unavailability, and the operator reserves modification or discontinuation rights with notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

Under Malaysian law, the company excludes responsibility for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service usage.

9. Termination

Account suspension or termination may occur for violating these terms.

Malaysian law governs these terms.
