Signing up for a duitbooks account

Just a few simple steps to create your free and accounting made easy platform, tailored for Malaysian businesses. Follow our guide to create and activate your account in time.

Step 1: Access the sign-up page

  1. Open your preferred web browser, go to https://duitbooks.com/, and click Sign Up at the top-right corner of the homepage.

  2. You will be redirected to our simplified sign-up form.

Step 2: Complete the sign-up form

Follow the steps below to fill in your details. The letters correspond to the fields shown in the images below.

  1. Email Address. Enter the email address you wish to use as your login ID. We recommend using your work email.

  1. Password. Create your desired password. The password must contain at least 8 characters. You will use this password whenever you log in to duitbooks.

Step 3: Complete your Company profile

  1. Company Name. Enter your full registered company name (usually the name registered with SSM). Example: Samsong Brothers

  1. Home Country. Default: Malaysia. If your company is incorporated overseas, click Change to update it.

  1. Home Currency. Default: MYR. Change it if your company is incorporated in a foreign country, and/or uses a different base currency.

  1. Inventory System. Default: Perpetual. Change to Periodic if you prefer to enter closing stock manually.

  1. Chart of Accounts. Default: General. More templates will be released soon.

  1. Company URL. Choose a unique URL (3 - 20 alphanumeric characters). This will be your login link to access your duitbooks account.

  1. Discount / Coupon Code (Optional)

    • If you have a discount or coupon code, you can enter it here. A code applies a discount or special offer to your account.

    • When using a code, your free trial will always start first, and no payment is charged immediately

    • You can start or manage your subscription later from Control Panel > Billing & Subscription.

Once done, click Start Free Trial to claim your unlimited free trial.
